There may be times when you will need to return or exchange an item purchased from us. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to assist you with your return and exchange.
If you wish to exchange any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products purchased online can only be returned for refund through mail. No returns or refunds can be processed at any Blue Sky Kids Land store.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Blue Sky Kids Land. Please contact customer service to organise pre-paid postage.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Blue Sky Kids Land.
Store purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded online.
Returns Policy Conditions
At Blue Sky Kids Land we want to ensure you love the items you have ordered. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item, issue a credit note or refund your original method of payment provided that:
• You return or exchange the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
• You produce your original Blue Sky Kids Land invoice (receipt) when you return or exchange the item.
• The item is in original saleable condition:
-With all original tags
-In an unworn, and unused state
-Any sewn labels are still attached
• A returns & exchange form (click here) is completed and accompanies your returning or exchanging item(s)
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Blue Sky Kids Land reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Blue Sky Kids Land will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Any items returned as part of our promotion will be refunded or exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by Blue Sky Kids Land, not the original full price.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
We regret that we are unable to accept the return of the following items:
• Christening items and accessories.
Blue Sky Kids Land will always provide product returns and offer an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where the product is faulty and not caused by customers themselves.
Please describe clearly what and where the faulty is and send evidences to our service email firstname.lastname@example.org as we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, credit note, refund or repair.
All orders for products are subject to availability. It is possible that an item you purchased on this Site is not in stock. We are truly sorry if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock. Any sold out items will have ‘SOLD OUT’ beside them on the statement accompanying your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged for any unavailable items.
